Terms of Use

By accessing Brokerage Got Back you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will comply with all applicable laws.
• You will comply with REALTOR®, MLS, NAR, state licensing, and brokerage rules.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer the software.
• You will not use Brokerage Got Back to violate any laws or regulations.
• You will not upload malicious software.
• You will not attempt to access unauthorized information.

Subscription, billing, and records

• Subscriptions are month to month — there is no long-term contract.
• All fees are non-refundable, including monthly, per-closing, and add-on charges.
• If a monthly payment does not go through, access is cut off 10 days after the first failed payment attempt until the balance is paid.
• You are highly encouraged to download your transaction documents at closing and keep them in your own storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, or your own hard drive) in case of an audit or litigation.
• Although we carry our own insurance, we strongly suggest all transaction coordinators, wholesalers, attorneys, salespersons, and brokerages carry their own insurance as well.
